1. Risk-Free 7-Day Free Trial

All new users and instances receive a 7-day free trial. During this trial period, no commission fees are charged, allowing you to fully test and verify our cost-saving optimization risk-free.

2. Value-Based Billing & Adjustment Claims

Because billing is strictly calculated as 20% of verified financial savings, you only pay for proven results. If you believe there was a calculation discrepancy, you may submit a review claim within 14 days of invoice.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of a completed Polar.sh transaction will be reviewed and issued if a billing calculation error or service malfunction occurred.

4. Cancellation & SDK Removal

You may cancel your account or remove the ik-adapter-base SDK from your application at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
