1. Agreement & Services

By accessing IK-Firewall or integrating ik-adapter-base into your software, you agree to these Terms of Service. IK-Firewall provides prompt optimization, token compression, and LLM cost analytics software.

2. Value-Based Billing & 14-Day Trial

IK-Firewall operates on a value-based revenue sharing model. New instances receive a 14-day free trial. Following the trial, IK-Firewall calculates a 20% commission on documented financial savings achieved by comparing unoptimized baseline costs against actual optimized costs.

3. 15-Day Grace Period & Payment Terms

Accrued savings fees have a 15-day grace period from the date of occurrence. Overdue balances exceeding 15 days must be settled via our Merchant of Record (Polar.sh) to maintain active optimization services. Failure to settle overdue balances will automatically trigger Fail-Safe mode.

4. Fail-Safe Guarantee & Uptime

Our software includes a built-in Fail-Safe fallback mechanism. In the event of account suspension or network disruption, ik-adapter-base automatically passes requests directly to target LLM providers, ensuring your host application experiences zero downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability

IK-Firewall is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. In no event shall IK-Firewall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
